I was 5 yrs old and tossing and turning in the top bunk of our camper because of sunburn. Something covered the light from the moon, and I was about 16 inches away from a bigfoot. We locked eyes. He was not impressed with me. Eventually I ducked under the sheet. But grew up hearing knocks, whoops and howls thinking it was normal wood noises.
