Name of nearest TOWN: Pulaski Name of nearest ROAD: US RT 11 Weather CONDITIONS: Clear The ENCOUNTER:

The visualization was at night when I was walking the dog. Saw red eyes on the far side of the road in the cattails. Upon looking back after checking on the dog, it was now on the side of the road. It made no noise moving from the ditch and was at least 6ft tall on two legs swaying back and forth.
